Change of Mind (14-Day Return Policy)

You have 14 days from the date your item was delivered to return it if you have changed your mind.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging & Tags: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned in good, original condition.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Inspection: All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a partial refund.

Warranty (30-Day Replacement or Store Credit)

We stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter a manufacturing defect or an issue covered under warranty, you are eligible for a claim within 30 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: Approved warranty claims are eligible for product replacement or store credit.

  • Shipping Costs: For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed based on the final inspection of the returned item.

  • Condition-Based: Your refund amount is subject to the condition of the item upon its return.

  • Shipment Delays: Please note that refund processing times may be affected by external factors, including logistics and shipping delays.

  • Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment or issued as store credit, depending on the nature of the claim.
