Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and prepare your items for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Business Days: Our processing and shipping timeframes refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will be able to track your package using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
